1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scanny QR ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scanny QR is a QR code and barcode scanning application that also allows users to create, customize, and organize QR codes. The App is available for iOS devices.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The App offers a free tier with limited daily usage and a Pro subscription with unlimited access to all features.

• Free tier: Access to core features with daily usage limits.
• Pro subscription: Unlimited access to all features. Feature availability may change over time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You are solely responsible for the content of QR codes you create or scan using the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Huseyin Akin and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that QR codes generated will be compatible with all readers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to data loss (including from sync failures or device migration), business interruption, or any damages related to QR codes scanned or created with the App.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data processing occurs on your device. We do not collect or store your scan content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
